Publication

The title page lists the publisher as Philadelpha-based "R. Aitken [et.] son". These copies at Tisch library are first editions of Ramsay's work; subsequent editions of this work were printed in 1793, 1795, and 1811, by John Stockdale of London, William Jones of Dublin, and James J. Wilson of Trenton, New Jersey, respectively.
